Swimming pool shades sun it makes kid to shiver or catch cold

The pool area is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and we felt well looked after. Huge breakfast buffet.

The food and drinks were very expensive for Thailand and because there weren’t many people at the bars there was often no staff to serve us.

Location is just infront of of Surin Beach, good swiming pool, kids enjoyed a lot at Kids world play area. Breakfast is western spread with few Indian dishes.. staff are co-operative and supportive, special thanks to Ms. Champika for her hospitality.

This was our second stay and overall we enjoyed it. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and a nearby supermarket, and the pool is great for kids. Champi, the Food & Beverage Manager, was a real standout — consistently welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring, making breakfasts something we looked forward to each day. Kob from Customer Relations and Peach from Tours & Activities were also fantastic and helped make the kids feel especially welcome.

The hotel is starting to feel dated, and maintenance issues impacted the stay. Our air-conditioning failed midstay with a burnt smell, though the night duty manager handled the room move well. The lift was also out of order for several days, which unfortunately was the same issue we experienced on our previous visit. The pool bar staff seemed inexperienced and lacking enthusiasm to help.

The welcome, hospitality, and service from the staff were very professional and wonderful. Their names were Dino, Miew, and Lunn, as well as those who welcomed me at the gate. The place was very clean and well-organized, and I truly enjoyed my visit to the resort. It was an amazing experience that I would definitely love to repeat.

Everything was great and special mention for Champi who took care of us really well and made sure me and my family were taken care of and she explained all the city’s whereabouts and activities at the hotel, best staff ever and can’t thank Champi enough and the whole team of holiday inn Surin

A good hotel with excellent infrastructure, service, and a great location near the sea. Everything you need is nearby, and every request is carefully attended to by the hotel management. I highly recommend it.

Slides and pool for kids

Worst food i ever had in a hotel. Very old and outdated facilities. Lots of broken stuff everywhere.

Great location, ambiance was top notch, great for family with kids, staff was very helpful with everything especially Lynn, Miew, Kob, Saimai and DDWe had a medical emergency late at night and hotel staff helped us with arranging the ambulance and checking up on us continuously

Need improve more cleaning

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make out stay the best possible. We got extra massage, fruit shakes, fruits and countless bottles of water. Inside there is a gym, gaming room, amazing pool with slides, arcade and so much more. Amazing value compared to other stays for the same price. Our room was huge! And the breakfast. Amazing! Plenty of choice and refills, they never run out of food.I recommend this stay!

Pricy lunch and dinner. All extra food in general.

I would like to say thank you with Khun Nampan (Duty Manager) she has always been helpful, smiling and greeting us. She has set birthday cake in my room because it’s my husband’s birthday. This is not my first time staying at this hotel! Everything suits me here: the location, delicious breakfasts, the kids' club and of course the very helpful staff! The hotel is located close to the beach, the walk there is comfortable, and upon returning you can splash around in the pools with your children, there are even a couple of slides. The hotel has a massage and a gym, but it is small and for big fans) Surprisingly, upon arrival I was told that instead of a regular room I was given a two-room suite ??? without extra charge and was given coupons for a welcome dinner and massage! ? The room turned out to be excellent with additional access to the pool - in general, we lived like kings for two weeks ? Dear staff of the Holliday Inn Surin hotel! Dear Friends! Thank you very much for our great vacation! ? We will definitely come back again! ?✨️

Great location and staff are excellent which gives a friendly vibe, clean, the rooms where cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding, pools very good,really good taxi service outside the hotel and all the taxi drivers where great they really look after you, we had one that waited for us for a few hours while we looked round Phuket town (the old town which highly recommend) the beach was great also no real complaints to be fair.

The bar is way to expensive even though the bar staff are excellent

from top management to all employees the attitude is not nice.every small thing you need to pay in advance not possible to charge the room.there are not enough staff, many posts are empty.

Checkin/out, parking our car, location, staff typical Thai style always friendly always trying their best!

Dining experience was somewhat disappointing. Buffets for breakfast and dinner didn't get re-filled. Once some items were gone the staff did not bring the same again example sushi and sashimi on our first night's dinner buffet!
